This command sets the target to be a teammate of the player.

Argument Information

The syntax for this Starfield command is as follows:

1 or 0
Type: 1 / 0

Specify 1 to set the actor as the player's teammate, or 0 to revoke this status.

Quick Overview

The setplayerteammate command assigns or revokes the teammate status of the targeted actor relative to the player.

Use 1 to designate the targeted actor as the player's teammate. Use 0 to remove the teammate status from the actor.

When set as a teammate (1), the actor will treat the player as an ally, supporting them in combat and interactions. Conversely, removing the teammate status (0) will revert the actor to their original behavior.

Examples

setplayerteammate 1

This command will make the targeted actor your teammate.

setplayerteammate 0

This command will remove the teammate status of the targeted actor.

Help

  • Open the console: Press the tilde key ~ to open the console. This key is generally near the 1 and Esc keys.
  • Case insensitive: Commands are not case sensitive. This means you can enter them using lowercase or uppercase letters.
  • Target commands: Commands that are highlighted as a 'target' command can be used to target your own character or an NPC/object. To target your own character, type player. followed by the command. To target an NPC/object, click on the it and then type the command.
  • Leading zeros: All IDs, reference IDs, base IDs, etc. can be entered without the leading zeros. For example 00003348 can be entered as 3348.
