Kill Command

To target your character, use the command below:
player.Kill

This command will kill the selected actor. Click on the actor you want to kill, then enter the command kill and press the Enter key.

Quick Overview

The kill command will immediately terminate the targeted actor.

Usage:

  1. Open the console.
  2. Click on the character or creature you wish to eliminate.
  3. Type kill and press Enter.

This command can be utilized to instantly eliminate an NPC or creature.

Some actors, especially NPCs, might be marked as "essential" in the game. They won't die but will instead collapse temporarily. Using the resurrect command on a downed essential NPC can help them recover faster.

This command will kill the actor you have clicked on.

Help

  • Open the console: Press the tilde key ~ to open the console. This key is generally near the 1 and Esc keys.
  • Case insensitive: Commands are not case sensitive. This means you can enter them using lowercase or uppercase letters.
  • Target commands: Commands that are highlighted as a 'target' command can be used to target your own character or an NPC/object. To target your own character, type player. followed by the command. To target an NPC/object, click on the it and then type the command.
  • Leading zeros: All IDs, reference IDs, base IDs, etc. can be entered without the leading zeros. For example 00003348 can be entered as 3348.
