How to Sell Stolen Items in Starfield

In Starfield, stolen items, which are red-tagged, can be sold directly to Trade Authority People. Use Zoe Kaminski in the Wells at New Atlantis.

Where is Wells?

Wells is in the underground, lower area in New Atlantis.

Remove the stolen tag

If you sell a stolen item, and then use the buyback feature, the stolen tag will be removed.

Make sure you sell and buyback in the same interaction. If you exit the transaction, the buyback list will be cleared.

A tip is to Quick Save right before you start to sell you items. If you make a mistake, you can reload the save and try again.
