A searchable list of all Starfield aids.
Aid items in Starfield help to restore a player's health, and include both consumable items (like food and drink) and non-consumable items such as med kits. These items can be scattered around (e.g. insider freezers, on tables, etc.) or can be purchased from various vendors. They can also be spawned using the commands below.
